Privacy Policy

How we handle website visits, staffing inquiries, and applicant information.

Effective date: November 4, 2026

Ascent Six (also referred to as Ascent Six Workforce Solutions, “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ascentsix.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through this website and related communications about staffing requests and applications. Separate notices may apply to onboarding, employment records, or other services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information directly from you when you complete a form, upload a resume, or contact us by phone or email. The information depends on what you choose to submit:

  • Employer inquiries: your name, company, phone number, email address, estimated crew size, roles and project requirements, project location, preferred start date, and expected assignment duration.

  • Applications: your name, phone number, email address, city and state, availability, industries of interest, pay preferences, work history, relevant experience, licenses or certifications, work preferences, and an optional resume.

  • Communications: the contents of your inquiry and information you provide as we discuss a request or potential work opportunity.

  • Website and device information: our website providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, referring pages, pages visited, dates and times, and information used for analytics, security, and spam prevention.

Provide only information relevant to your inquiry or application. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank or payment details, identity documents, medical information, or another person’s confidential information in these general website forms.

2. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and discuss staffing needs, availability, pricing, and assignment requirements.

  • Review applications and qualifications, consider potential matches, and communicate about work opportunities.

  • Coordinate next steps with employers, applicants, and relevant service providers.

  • Operate and improve the website, understand aggregate site use, prevent spam and misuse, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting a form does not guarantee an assignment, employment, or an available worker.

3. When information may be disclosed

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Website and communications providers: Squarespace hosts the website and processes forms and uploaded files. Form information is also delivered through our configured email notification and communications services. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect forms from spam.

  • Staffing-related recipients: relevant qualifications, work history, availability, or assignment information may be disclosed to prospective employers or staffing partners in connection with work opportunities being discussed with you.

  • Legal and business needs: information may be disclosed to professional advisers, authorities, or other parties where required by law, necessary to protect rights or investigate misuse, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations.

External websites and service providers have their own privacy practices. See Squarespace’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy for their processing of information.

4. Cookies and website analytics

Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure this website. Optional analytics cookies help us understand visits and improve the site. Our cookie controls allow you to accept or decline optional cookies; necessary website and security functions remain active. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from contacting us.

You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser. Browser restrictions may affect some website features. If you delete stored preferences, the website may ask for your cookie choice again. Details about Squarespace cookies are available in Squarespace’s Cookie Policy.

This website is not configured with Google Analytics or Meta Pixel for advertising tracking. Third-party services, including Google services, may collect information under their own policies when you interact with them.

5. Google reCAPTCHA and spam protection

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish legitimate activity from automated submissions. Google may process technical and interaction information and use security cookies for this purpose. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Do not submit sensitive information through these forms.

6. How long information is kept

Retention depends on the information and its purpose. We retain staffing inquiries and related communications as reasonably needed to address the inquiry, administer a business relationship, and maintain required records. Application information may be retained to evaluate current or future assignment needs and maintain recruiting records, subject to applicable law and privacy requests.

Other retention factors include the nature of the information, ongoing business needs, legal recordkeeping requirements, security, and dispute resolution. Cookie and technical-log retention also depends on the provider and your settings. Copies may exist in form storage, email, and provider backups. You may ask us about access, correction, or deletion using the contact details below.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose not to provide optional information or a resume. Required form fields are identified on each form. Contact us if you prefer to discuss your inquiry directly or need to update information you already submitted.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, email team@ascentsix.com with the subject “Privacy request,” or call 661-228-0552. Describe your request and how we can contact you. We may need to verify your identity or an agent’s authority before acting. Please do not send government identification through the website forms.

We review requests under applicable law and may need to retain information for legal obligations or other permitted purposes. We will explain applicable limitations when responding.

8. California privacy information and browser signals

California residents, including applicants and business contacts, may have additional rights when the California Consumer Privacy Act or another privacy law applies. Depending on the law and applicable exceptions, these may include rights to know or access information, obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive information, use an authorized agent, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. Use the contact methods above to make a request or ask how these rights apply.

Do Not Track: we have not added a separate response to browser Do Not Track signals beyond our website providers’ built-in behavior. Squarespace notes that pageviews can still be recorded when Do Not Track is enabled, while recognition of repeat visits is affected. Do Not Track does not disable every necessary website or security function. Use the cookie controls for optional analytics choices.

Global Privacy Control is a different signal intended for certain advertising-related opt-outs. This website has no configured Google Analytics or Meta advertising pixel. Provider processing and responses to privacy signals are described in the providers’ policies. Contact us about any privacy choice you cannot exercise through the website.

9. Security and processing locations

Website hosting, account access controls, and spam protection help protect information submitted through this site. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use the forms only for the information requested.

Ascent Six is based in California. Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate, which may have different privacy laws.

10. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for business contacts and people seeking work and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the website, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as website features, business practices, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
