  • You can apply directly through our website. Once submitted, our recruitment team reviews your credentials. If you meet our current project needs, you'll be contacted for an interview and skills assessment within 1–2 business days.

  • Safety is our "Integrity in Operations" core value. Before stepping onto any job site, we ensure you have received general safety orientation. We also verify that you have any site-specific certifications (like OSHA-10 or forklift certs) required for the role.

  • We offer a variety of assignments, including short-term projects, long-term contracts, and temp-to-hire opportunities. Many of our clients use Ascent 6 as a "proving ground" for their next full-time hires.
